Online/Offline Mod: “Dramatic Lighting”  1.0

About This File

This mod changes the lighting of the game so there is a little more contrast during the day and much darker shadows in unit areas at night.

It also makes the sunrise more pink and the sunset more orange, It is especially useful when taking pictures of the game and works best when used in conjunction with filters such as the "warmer" filter.

To install this mod, just extract the rar file into your SimCityData Folder.

UPDATE (6/6/2014) File download works fine YOU MUST BE 100% logged into simtrop to download.

@captron I don't yet know if it will conflict with any other visual mod..

OP, can you please add more sample pictures that demonstrate this mod to your description?

I am a fan of your work xoxide. The path, bench, tree, empire state with airship, and this are great. I have a request: if it is possible, could you make something that stopped things being highlighted with the surrounding white line when mousing over. This is useful when bulldozing, but annoying at all other times.

Everything I post is examples of how to do things.. Suggestions from various sources and efforts. Many people in the community are trying to get out the efforts and learned or collective efforts so that others may carry the torch of creativity during the summer since a few of us have been involved already over a year.

All suggestions will be looked at and given consideration however a lot more stuff is being worked on that is more interesting.. all in time people.. trust

I'd have called this 'realistic' rather than 'dramatic.' Now night time looks like night time; who would have thought it.

Really enjoying this one!

I have a request for you.  Would love to build tunnel roads on low level terrain maps that are at sea level.

Thanks for you work keep it up!
