Series I-464 (1-464) - a series of large residential buildings, designed Giprostroyindustriya Institute in 1958.

Standard "Khrushchevka" 464-series is widespread throughout the former USSR. 4 flats per floor, all the windows are located on one side (except for the end, there is an additional window to the side), two-bedroom apartment in the main, in the intermediate entrances one apartment per floor, two-bedroom, one studio in the extreme. Bathroom with toilet, kitchen tiny (about 5.5 m ^ 2).

Most houses a series of 1-464 was built in the city of Ivanovo, Kazan, Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk and many others (including in several cities of Ukraine and Belarus).

Серия I-464 (1-464) — серия крупнопанельных жилых домов, разработанная институтом Гипростройиндустрия в 1958 г., развитая и усовершенствованная ЦНИИЭП жилища.

Стандартная "хрущёвка" 464-й серии, широко распространена по всей территории экс-СССР. 4 квартиры на этаж, все окна выходят на одну сторону (кроме торцевых, там есть дополнительное окно вбок), квартиры в основном двухкомнатные, в промежуточных подъездах одна квартира на этаже трёхкомнатная, в крайних одна однокомнатная. Санузел совмещённый, кухня миниатюрная (около 5,5 м^2).

Больше всего домов серии 1-464 было построено в городах Иваново, Казань, Челябинск, Новосибирск и мн. др. (в т. ч. в нескольких городах Украины и Белоруссии).

The buildings are great! :golly: Are the trees part of the lot, or did you place the trees in maxor mode / god mode?

 

Oh, and if you enjoy this kind of building yourself, may I draw your attention to this Khrushevka version, too? You might like it. :)

I place the trees in game, lots do not contain trees.

 

Yes, i saw this excellent BATs, but they differ in style and proportions of my BAT`s.

Not really an error, but maybe you should consider to generate new stats for the building - 250 occupants and growth stage 4 seems a bit low. With PIM-X I obtained 588 occupants and growth stage 7 for a filling degree of 0.9

I proceed from the actual number of occupants in a house. Obtained about 250 people. I do not know much about growth stages, if there are links to tutorials, I'll look into them. Perhaps in the future, when I'll take care of everything, I will release a fix. Now I'm going to touch.

I have a question regarding the landmark versions.  While looking through the files I noticed that you have model files in both your growable and landmarks folders.  Is there a difference in the actual models that were used, because otherwise I don't understand why have the model files twice.

Model files are separated in order to easily remove \ transfer Landmark version of the mod. The models themselves are identical.

О, крутяк! Хорошие модели.
Есть пожелание: к grow моделям в придомовые терртитории прекрасно будет добавить различные мелкие модельки стандартных наполнителей советских/российских дворов. А plop пускай остаются пустые, чтоб можно было на свой вкус воспользоваться ММР, что при grow в больших масштабах затруднительно. Тогда вообще всё будет превосходно.


Oh, that is cool! Good models.
There is a wish: it will be fine to add to grow models various small models of standard fillers of the Soviet/Russian yards. The plop should be made empty that it was possible to use MMP on the taste that is difficult to a set of many growing models. It will be excellent.

Yes, its good idea! I`am create now the small objects for yards like transformation substations, playgrounds, benches, fences.

.rar is a perfectly acceptable file format on the STEX, and there are plenty of free applications that can unpack this format available for download.

Mine seems to no work. How do i spawn this. Do I have to create a lot a certain side. Also when I place the "Test" version from Landmarks the lights don't even work.
