I'd like to add that if you happen to have BSC Mega Props CP Vol.2 on your system, you will see even more flora variation. Apparently Cycledogg expanded existing prop families when he made that new package. :) However, you don't need that prop pack - there will be no brown boxes or empty places if you don't use it, so it's really optional and not all that important. I just thought I'd mention it because I think it's interesting and not what you'd typically expect

Cool - I was looking at my medium industral parks last night and thinking "meh - I'm sick of seeing the same 2 buildings all over the place, need more medium industrial buildings". I'll give this a go over the weekend.
