I'm sorry I can't.

I think such Doraemon mod will be banned by Maxis.

Then, badly, I don't have such great skill making 3D models.

I have only cheap painting skill, lol.

I'd love to see some Akihabara-themed mods or maybe some vehicles with Hatsune Miku decals ^_^
