Yes, I know! Your very right about that!

But you also know that most of those LOT's your talking about, requires a lot of dependencies.

As i said before, all the LOTs modified by me were made for those who don't use too much plugins and dependencies, and needs something simple classical and practical. I don't expect all of you to like it. I just want to share my LOTs with those of you who know to appreciate a classic, simple & practical Civic/Utility Business Deal MAXIS stile LOT!

Not all are of the same opinion as you. But I appreciate you like it.

You no doubt some people prefer other seaports for details and textures but I find this interesting in the approach and well fitted even if I will not use it. I think you have done more than halfway of a very pleasant lot to seduce most perfectionnists, but respect this was not the objectif.

While shipping crates may have bright colors, your's are a bit to bright. Otherwise much better then the one maxis put out.

I appreciate anyone that shares their creations.  The only way I judge the lot is by the rating score I choose.

Help...it has no functionality in my city.What's wrong?

I installed the mod and looks much better than Maxis one but for some reason it does not work, The efficiency is zero and the trucks never use this port
