*******Note: You must get rid of the first version of the mod and replace it with this new version in your SimCity 4 Plugins folder, as the mod won't work if you have both in there.
*******THIS IS THE SECOND VERSION, SO THE MOD WON'T ALWAYS WORK TO PERFECTION. PLEASE NOTIFY ME IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG SO I CAN TRY AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
