Although this building is less flashy and iconic than others that you recreated, it is once again of utmost quality in terms of modeling, texturing and night lighting - and it could prove more useful than bigger and more eye-catching buildings because there's room in any town for buildings like this one here. They could even grow multiple times in a larger metropolis and serve as valuable skyline fillers without distracting from the tallest skyscrapers and without getting on your nerves due to the repetition. In short, I really love this one - downloaded, and thank you very much for it!

 

The usual downrating troll is bound to pay you a visit soon as well - take it as a compliment if he does: you managed to get his attention and spark his anger because you are good at something and he's just a bitter little idiot. :)
