Hello! I'm here again after my not successful "Panel skyscraper of Krasnomoria". I had took into account the problem with textures, and I coped with it. Now is staying one problem, it's lights. And now about this file. It's a hypermarket of (my fictional) company of stores, markets, supermarkets, and etc. which called "priZma", and staying in Latagnia (before Krasnamoria). This is first and single hypermarket of this company.
 
Location: 7 km to west from Cenin (capital of Latagnia)

Number of parking spaces: about 900

Cost of parking: free

Time of working: 7 am - 11 pm 

 

Dependencies:

European cars Automata and family props new instances - Automata

PEG MTP SUPER PACK

 

Now it's "landmark", soon, when I learn to manage lights, I will create a Commercial version.

hmmm, is something went wrong? Dependencies here... Are street lights?

Pretty nice, but the roof can be still improved (adding some roof junks and use a better roof texture may helps). Other than the roof, I think the walls are just too bright, darken the texture a bit should be able to make it become more realistic Overall, the BAT is not bad, IMO. This BAT is also a great improvement from the Krasnomorian skyscraper you made 7 months ago. 4/5

okay, so overall I like this. i have good and not-so-good things to say about it:

 

- I really like the Prizma signs. it is my favourite part of this lot.

- textures, building design, layout, all fine by me. but it is simply too large. I'd prefer a version 10x10 or less

- put some stuff on the roof, it looks unfinished

- I'd use some timed car props to help give it the open/closed feeling

- definitely resolve the lighting issues

 

this is a good idea. with some modifications, it could be a fantastic idea

Thanks for the comment. I totally agree with you, except one. If "squeeze" it, we get (in size) a supermarket, and it is not the same...

ugly, first parking lot needs work, roof is to plain and needs rood junk, roof textures are to plain, building texture is way to bright, building is WAY to big, there are way to many cars, and not enough greenery on the lot.

I was thinking this might be a futuristic lot, so add some flying cars parked on the roof. Two birds with but 1 stone... ; )

The building size is fine, but that parking lot is way too small in relation to the building!
