I've spruced up an old BAT as it annoyed me that it wasn't very palletable in game! I present the AUT student tower, a thin modern apartment block housing 200 students.

Pretty good, but it seems that it looks out of place/unrealistic because of the lack of texture variation throughout the facade, which happens to be a lot of the building. Maybe an update with some improved facade textures?
