I just opened a test city and plopped this beauty down next to your old version. What a difference! Before, I would have said [i]"Well, it's not a perfect BAT, but it looks good, and I will put it in my plugins folder"[/i]. Next to the new version, however, the old version is totally blown out of the water. Better scaling and proportions, a far more detailed roof, more logical roof junk, the superb lobby, the improved Apple cube on the plaza... the new version is really better in every single way, and when the night lights turn on - holy cow, that's breathtaking!

If your future BATs are anything like this one and your Olympic Tower, 2013 will be a great STEX year!

If I have downloaded other buildings as Maxis Nite, do I have to remove them before I can use this as DarkNite is a dependency?

@chicah: It's not necessarily that you would "have" to remove MN buildings if you want to use the DN version of this BAT and a dark night mod (such as the abovementioned Simfox Darknite mod or other). From my experience with gizmo's dark night mod, which is said to be darker than Simfox's, only some of MN buildings appeared like "glowing" at night, not all. Maybe that's different with Simfox's mod, I don't know. On the other hand, most of the DN buildings don't look good with Maxis night - too dark.
