Without the helicopter blades, this would be like that man in California who literally tied up 40 helium weather balloons to has lawn chair and took a flight back in the 80s. He expected to raise about 30 feet but instead drifted to 10,000 feet high, crossed into controlled airspace, and landed/tangled on a power line.
