Despachos Kreati, is a w2w office building for your cities, lot size 1x2 corner. Only PLOP version. I don't like growable lots.

Feel free to modify or do a grow lot.

Delictious, delicious filler building. It should be very useful for most players since it is a lovely combination of mid-rise, 1x2, and corner building.

And I wanted to let you know that your uploads actually persuaded me to give DarkNite a try. And they forced me to delve a little further into the PIM-X to convert them to growables... Learned a lot :D
