This amount of money will crash the game very shortly as the game reaches the maximum amount of money. Aim to set the monthly value to the thousands next time.

ATTENTION: this mod will crash SC4 if you leave it in your city to long. Best is to delete this lot after a couple months.

i used it for a day and it didn't crash

i just updated it,
now it will make 99999 simoleons.

I will spare you the wrath that is inevitable from many of the ST veterans, and instead just advise you not to use your email as your username (assuming that's what it is), unless you want hundreds of thousands of users to have access to your personal email address. I don't think you do.

There are many another mods about it from 1000 to 100 000 000 000 ... My mind about it - very poor line and ugly cheats - can You create some real city with real money from SC4 origin ??? Try it ...

If you just search 'money tree' in the search bar you get 6 different money trees. Why is a seventh necessary?

so, this is smaller so you can create same money on less terrain: winwin situation.

"Been there, done that" about a hundred times over since the Simcity gods granted us use of SC4 tools like LE and PIM. These can be found easily with a simple search, so adding new ones that add nothing to the diluted pool of cheat lots doesn't impress me. Perhaps a nicely BATed model, a good Lot, some other effects... anything???

Seriously people either you use the "moolah" cheat that comes with the extracheats.dll, the "legalize Gambling" Ordinance or the Cousin Vinnie Ordinance all of which are far superior than any so called money tree lot could ever be.

To be honest, there isn't anything wrong with this lot but its the fact that there are already 10 or 20 of these "money lots" on the STEX. Originality is rewarded generously on the STEX.

Next time do some research. Search if the mod or lot already exists, make it convenient (don't use .rar since not everyone has winrar), share your ideas on the forum and it can guarantee it will be quite well received.

Actually, the kid thought this was an original idea. Good for that. Now he/she will explore more options, and hopefully will bring the STEX something fresh eventually.
