Hi, I've edited a the Seaport Storage Area by editing the stats. It now is in the seaport menu, has a seaport sound effect and has no wealth. It produces 5 water pollution, 5 air pollution and 10 garbage pollution. It's cost is now $500 to plop and has a monthly cost of $125. Demolishing this lot costs $250. While it has no flammibility, It does consumes 5 water and 10 power. It has a landmark effect of 12 over a radius of 15. Hopefully this edited lot will have a better appeal.
