Seaport Storage Area 2 1.0

These kind of lots were popular in 2004, many things have changed in 7 years...Instead of merging a couple of buildings in LE try doing something in Gmax or even sketchup...something original. All this is, is a maxis seaport combined with 2 x 5x7 lots and I can see why some people will download this, but I also see why the majority of people wont. Honestly anything of this size done in 36 minutes cannot be the same quality as other lots and BATs in the last 7 years.

My suggestion to you is if you are going to do things in LE try to make useful fillers like 1x1 or 1x2 and so on...start with something very simple and very useful...And maybe after you take a shot at programs like gmax, 3ds max or even goog sketch-up try to make something original...

Not as good as some lots,but it is a big improvement on your first one.

You don't have to add custom bat content. Paeng couldn't bat if is life depended on it, but he is one of the great lotters. So please follow the advise given and start a lot thread.
