A university that costs 4,000 a month and has a coverage radius slightly smaller than the entire map.

Educates 20,000? It doesn't look like it could fit even 5000 people.

I'd sure hate to find parking in that **little** lot if there was 20K other people. Maybe drop the capacity, or redesign it to actually HOLD 20k... Otherwise, it LOOKS awesome! :)

well, you think... in an urban area, public garages, and university garages are usually placed around the area of the campus to accomodate, not expansive parking lots.

There are real colleges/universities that educate way more people than they look like they should be able to. There are many that hold classes 24 hours a day on multiple rotations.

Perhaps you could expand the facility and make some tall buildings around it. Make it look like a real campus that actually could hold 20,000 people. It is a nice looking building, though.

I'm not sure how I like it but I'm willing to give it a try. Quite a unique design...but I will try it out.

Looks like the college I attended, which was basically a commuter college and certainly had more than 20,000 pupils. Frankly, the smaller creations that accommodate larger volume are welcome to those of us who build on small maps. Very nice. Do not drop the capacity!

do not forget that those of us in college in large metropolitan areas use public transportaion provided by the colledge to and from dorms over 10 miles away...MCC in arizona has 20,000 students that attend on a weekly basis...

as allmost noone has school on more than 3 days in a week and the school is open from 10 am till 10 pm 5 days a week its capacity is MUCH greater than one would expect visually...most students there at any given time is 2-3 thousand...great lot and 20k is conservative not extreme.

This would look cool as part of a cluster of similar buildings, makin up an overall campus - something that has been missed in SC4 and someone could carve their own niche with. Another building could function as a museum, another as a library, another as medical centre etc

I would do it myself, but my skillz would probably produce something the user created stuff on the official Maxis site - a regular SC4 building with a couple of different props shoved on :(
