The building is good, although maybe revise the parking garages, I doubt you need that many workers. maybe take some of the advice in your thread and create a version 2, that should be awesome.

ok, what kind of quality do you seek? Because i just get tired of people asking for wonders when i am just starting to BAT and do my best. I could have been worst and wouldn't upload the plant at all. I am just asking people to be a little bit more mercyful, for i am just starting to BAT and i barely know much of the trade. I know this isn't the best plant in the stex but i do my best. And sometimes i just don't upload because of such critics. LC

I am starting as well my friend, I haven't release anything, I was working in a project for months it finally seem finish but just before releasing it I discovered a mistake with the scale, I could have made a quick fix, but I decided to start over and made a better version (check my BAT thread),

I really want to see you improve. I want to see you to be capable of making the "wonders" you describe. The first step to doing that is realizing the faults in your work, and then taking steps to fit them. That is how you improve. It is very difficult to do on your own, that is why we are all here (that is why I am here) to help you.

i agree... those parking garages make this lot unusable in a serious city, and i've been pleading to people for years to stop using those. ::

18x16 for a power plant? That's more than 250meters... That thing is way to big to be real. Must be the largest building in the world. Scale it down and re-lot it...

That is a lot of parking garages, maybe remove a few.I don't think you need the bus props, there kind of out of place for this lot.

The model is grossly over-scaled, the lotting has some good areas, but those bizarre stacks of maxis garages were a poor choice, and you have dependencies that are questionable as to what they have to do with this lot. 2/5 for the work present, 1/5 though because you had advice that this wasn't ready.

Also some of the dependency links in your description are reversed. You got cogeos props under Glenni's bus props, & you have radical ones props under cogeos. You also have Glenni's bus props under radical ones props. The train station prop is also kind of out of place for this lot aswell.

i know there will be some fixes for that. As for the stasion, it was planed to be UDI but beacuse it was large, i couldn't be done. Expect fixes thogh. LC

This could have been nicer if worked more before uploading, looks like half finished with no details and way too large textures as the yellow and black lines, which seem to be like 30 or more feet large. It makes the whole BAT look worse. More work on it will surely pay off with positive comments and surely be appreciated.

the building looks ok but i think the rest of it needs to go... ive found some pretty good parking lots for download on the stex and kind of keep a distance from most large buildings that include parking lots or garages... in the end i say lose the black and yellow, the parking garages and whatever else is going on there, improve your building with the help of the other people who seem to be giving you the advice you need, and then re - release the new LCPP

i appreciate the realism that's gone into this lot , @ the possible explosion, in reality most power plants are indeed at risk of a major meltdown & subsequently explosions can occur.. as for the lot size.. in reality i have seen major power plants.. so the size of this is realistic in that aspect.. i agree with previous comments take the advice given into consideration & re-lot this awsome project .. if you want to supply workers with parking space that's also realistic but obviously provide the job capacity to go with it :) , i personally don't design lots or any projects but i know detail when i see it man good luck and hope to see your updated version soon

also in relation to reality a plant of this size would be a given a capacity rate to support a region of connected cities not just one, depending on volume of electricity consumption
