About This File

The Byron Building is a wall to wall building for the Chicago tileset which provides a large number of low wealth commercial service jobs.

 

Included is a CS§ growable and a CS§ ploppable. Both versions are on 1x2 corner lots.

 

This is the Dark Nite version of the Gardener Building, made for the darker night environment created by the Day 'n' Nite Modd.

Curious that the file is so small. The model is in the download package, so maybe I'm just paranoid. Whatevs

I Have been waiting for this! At least, the CS$ skyscraper! More importantly, it is a really wonderful W2W corner building with a lot of class for a CS$.

I almost exclusively build old fashioned cities. your buildings have always been favorites of mine. I can't wait to add this one as well. Keep up the amazing work!

Nice and generic. Every large old North American city has a bunch of these. You did a really nice job with the storefronts.
