Actually, what about a mod where in game it can switch off and on different sounds from a side panel or something?

That noise was driving me insane. I got to the point destroying half the city just to get rid of the noise ... and it was still there! This is the best download so far. Thanx for making the game enjoyable again.

So long time I want to do something about this heli... Maxis probably coded this stuff to follow the player : he goes everywhere you go!! even in a empty field without road or any home or zone.. Just under your nose always... This day is the last for him, thank you!
