Here's a rather massive looking block based on some Soviet and non soviet blocks found in former Yugoslavia and   partly inspired by designs from Moldova,

As the last one, i made this  for my own little commie city useage :P

 

 

Stats:

Residential Stage  4

Lotsize: 4x3

Power useage: 5

Water useage: 5

# of occupants: 1800

 

Landmark with default stats, except costs 500 to build or so.

Looks really good, well applied worn out (aged?) textures. And THANKS for the off-site link, I can't download anything from the STEX anymore, too slooooow. Great job.

when people think that this is good housing, i dont wonder that these people eat what they get...im disappointed of the interpretation of communism here around...it still be the opponent... i dont mind if i'll lose points...i still write and criticise.

Very good work Glenni, I of course think this is a good building to be in a city. not ALL realisitic cities are nice and pretty. and we do need variety on the STEX. This is one thing I will be downloanding. :)

I think there isn't a lot of 4x3 residential lot variations so far, so this 'ugly' looking bat is very welcoming. I need this! Thanks 5/5
