It is a decent effort by the uploaders' standards, but we always need more 'generic' 'boxy' looking buildings anyway.

Also forget to add, your bats always tend to take up more space compare to other bats. Was it because of the dependencies? I think a 3x3 size with only one lot variation should not take up 2.95MB. Anyway, don't get me wrong, I still find your bat useful, so it does not affect my impression. Just something you can think about. ;-)

Hey, nice glass box indeed! The perfect filler for any skyline. You did a good job on the faked window reflections, especially at zoom 4. I think you could have scaled up the ground floor a bit, though, but otherwise (and except for the white roof io_bg mentioned) there's really not much to complain. Keep 'em coming!

Well, the reason the download is so big is presence of not really necessary content in it, namely very large, both in pixel as well Kb size and useless pictures - these represent almost half of the download size

cool reflections. The lot seems sort of awkward for an urban building, but maybe in real life it has a row of parking?

Pretty neat stuff but it doesn't seem dense enough a lot for my liking. Did it need surface parking?

i myself would prefer a dense complex of buildings. parking space is always optional and i like this one because it fill up the space on its own. awesome reflections!

Great building, but could you make the dependencies "links" because I've tried copying and pasting them into simtropolis and sc4d exchange and cant quite find them? Thank you.

wish it was plopable!

the building is plopable. they can also grow. only once have i ever got one to grow .i use it for my north american tileset. but the building is incredible becasue it crams in like over a thousand jobs into a small 3 by 3 tile area and this is dificult density to acheive on a regular basis only acertain number of buildings can have more than 200 people per tile jobs or residents. i downloaded it. strangly enough this was the only 5th 3rd building i could find here on the sim tropolis exchange. i used this building for the one in pittsburgh. the largest building in toledo ohio says fifth third on it so i could use this building for it as well if i decided to download toledo. this is the regional headquarters building but i can find any branch offices. plus in the past few years sich 2007 the company logo has changed maybe that has something to do with it and people dont want to make a new decal for the new logo for branch offices

Funny, yesterday I'm downtown taking a picture of this exact building after making a delivery for work (I don't go downtown too much and love the way that Louisville's towers look) and today I find it on the STEX. 5/5
