Hello everybody,
This is an elevated plaza that exists above the short section of the Odakyu Rail Line directly south of the main buildings of Shinjuku Station. However, you're free to pass whatever you like under it. The JR East HQ building exists right next to this plaza, and the Chuo and Sobu lines pass right next to it as well.
It is a 18x2 lot. There's no actual name to this plaza (I think), but I figured it was an essential part of the Shinjuku area, so I BATed it, and here it is.
