lots of dependancies, but a lot of people have PEGs stuff, so it doesnt bother me. And like hittwice said, makes it more detailed. Brilliant work.

I'm not a member of sc4 devotion, could someone give me a link to some of the dependencies that are of sc4 devotion and appear on simtropolis?

@ gonzalo mrales: The prop packs listed are LEX exclusive which means they can only be downloaded from SC4 Devotion.

Which menu do these lots appear in ? I'm asking because my Landmark and Park menus are starting to balloon but I really want these.

This looks like a very detailed and well thought out module. I have only one suggestion,...Please use the Rail Yard and Spur Textures, Mega-pack 1 VERSION 1.02, The reasons are listed in the description for the updated dependency pack. Keep in mind that the old dependency pack will eventually be removed. Thanx in advance....A Wonderfully creative modular set.

This reminds me of SimPegs Seaport series, but in a more convenient smaller lot set

Real good but they need to be functional. Eye candy is great but functionality would be better.

I agree, very nice looking, shame they are not functional. If only at least one piece could emulate the seaport functionality, this set would be much more valuable.
