Here they are (finally). Please read the readme file. These seawalls are different (and separate from the previous version) in that you must remove the water in your city in order to place the walls (ctrl x, setsealevel). All the details are in the readme file. Comments and/or suggestions for improvements can be posted to the thread specified in the readme file. I may provide an improved version in the future. It would be helpful to unzip the files into a subdirectory in your plugins folder keeping the directory structure.
