now all we need is Sam's Club and a Supercenter (these do not exist anymore). And for those asking for Home Depot go to simcity.com go to the lot exchange and search home depot it will be right there!!!

using this lot should make your other commercial development go out of business and all of your industry should get sent to china.

so how do i let my citizens vote on whether or not a walmart will be built in their city? and does placing this walmart cause other small business to lose business? You know...cities like costco much more cause they bring in tons of tax revenue...just saying

Very realistic! Excellent job designing! I give it a 10, even though I will not download it...as my cities have 'ordinances' banning such big-box stores. On personal paper, there is a legal limit to 40,000 square feet per floor (a typical Supercenter would need to be on 5 or 6 floors).

Now, we just need a Target and a K-Mart in our cities. BTW, where I live, we have 8 Supercenters in a 60 mile radius, and the population is only about 300,000. I don't think that is what Sam Walton intended, oh well.

Alice and Helen are the daughters of the man who created Wal-Mart. They inherited it on his death. It's called WAL-MART because the extra letters for WALTON-MART costs to much and the founder wanted to cut costs wherever he could. I've never seen a red Wal-Mart, all in New England are blue.

What's a modern city without a Wal-Mart? Well, I don't remember any Wal-Marts in Christchurch, but they had K-Mart. I'll take it!

Sam Walton is a Retail God. His infinite number of stores shows his success. Say goodbye to commercial demand with this little baby. But I wonder where is the Supercenter....

Very good! Every city needs a Wallyworld. 10/10. But why does the sign say it's a Supercenter while the building doesn't?

ha! i just saw this. Yup walmart spreads everywhere, even in virtual cities! With the comming of Wally world into our rural area, a few years we became suburbia.. and urbia is now just down the street. Great lot.. im sure it will do the same in my simcity! its a nessisary evil! onestop shopping 24/7

Wal Mart is obviously bad. It replaces 3 good jobs with 2 Wal Mart jobs everywhere. This is a known fact by city planners and economists. Why do you think cities all over are rejecting Wal Mart?? In addition to bad economics, Wal Mart creates sprawl because of the nature of big box.
