Now, we just need a Target and a K-Mart in our cities. BTW, where I live, we have 8 Supercenters in a 60 mile radius, and the population is only about 300,000. I don't think that is what Sam Walton intended, oh well.
When I was in HS, the only time I saw any police(back in 1992) was when they came to school for the DARE program or because there was a major fight that had just happened on campus. My HS had about 3000+ students, and that was 10-12th grades.
