About This File

Inspired by the maxis lot Mrbisnom uploaded and, this is my contribution:

This is Pier 43, inspired by many real life converted industrial and naval areas converted into shops, lofts and entertainment locales. The lot took me no less than 10 hours to make, with carefully planning each detail.

The lot consists entirely of maxis props in an attempt to make something interesting and fresh with the standard maxis props, in my opinion i think this worked pretty well, i am not quite sure about yours though.

Stats:

Lotsize 5x18

the rest is standard plugin manager park stats.

Enjoy, if you like relotted maxis stuff, that is... 3.gif

Glenni...how come your Maxis props look better than some other Maxis Props??? Do you have a magic machine? Or perhaps imagination? I didn't see any army tanks like I usually do at converted pier area...

Amazing job it looks great, i like the use of the greenhouse to make it look like one big building and all the other overlapping props used to make it look like more then it is and best of all as dave said not a tank in sight :P

I really like it, particularly the way all of the parts are put together to form one decent looking, realistic pier.

Great lot Glenni, great use of maxis props. Though i'm not really into maxis re-lots, its great either way

I don't know where the perception that Maxis = bad comes from. Maxis has a lot of nice buildings actually. And a good lot works wonders. This here is the proof. Great lot! 5/5

Mighty Glenni is posting a embarrassing shutout against the lowly Teedeecee. "Not good to bite the hand that feeds ya!"

This is great, very well done. I'm kind of a sucker for coastal lots. 5/5

Very creative indeed! I like the variety of functions you've included, like many recycled military facilities around the country.

I really like this and have no problem with the Maxis buildings. The only thing that could make this better (if it's even possible) would be to add some sort of "support" to the pier to make it stand a little off the water, like walls or poles or something. Other than that, fantastic!

Wow! The mass of time it took to put each and every prop in its place must have taken forever and the placement of them are amazing! Not all Maxis buildings are bad, it is the lots that maxis made that make them look bad. 10/10
