No, just if you don't want the fences for the $wealth, but If you want fences for both $ and $$ wealth, then you should copy all three folders. Read the readme for details.

I love the idea, but when I use it in my cities, I get the fence, but no other backyard props. Even custom houses that CAN'T come without pools/patios somehow just get a grass backyard. Does anybody know why/ how I could fix this?

@Faded Glory: That's weird? Try this: Go into mydocs/simcity 4, and drag the plugins folder out to the desktop, and then create a new plugins in the simcity 4 directory. copy the files from the mod into the new plugins, and then start up the game and build a small city. Does it work now?

I think it's great how a relatively small addition to residential lots improves the overall experience of simcity by so much. I can't wait to try out this mod. They obviously call him GeniusXL for a reason :)
