Of course you may donwload this file, but in fact is has become obsolete since april 1st, 2016. Its content is now part of the BNL Essentials V2.0 or later.
And this is my second upload.
This one also contains four PropFamilies. These propfamilies contain several mixed props from JeStarr's Mega Props. You need his Megaprops 1,2 and 4 as dependencies. See on SC4Devotion.com. You need to register there and an additional time on the LEX.

These propfamilies are meant to be used in warehouse, seaport or industrial areas. I tried to make them in such a way that they give me maximum variation with minimum lots.
I hope some of you will find them useful. These are also being developed for my upcoming Warehouse Pack, but don't wait too eager for it.
