Hyperspace Garbage Disposal  1.0

About This File

Not long ago, Pegadyne Industries devised a novel solution for the garbage crisis - dump it over the edge of the isometric map. Capitalizing on new development and discovery, Dragon Industries took the idea one step further. In light of the recent discovery (and proof thereof) of the fourth spatial dimension, a new solution was immediately obvious. Therefore, this facility is capable of dumping garbage directly into hyperspace, upon which it will never be heard from again.

This facility can handle an almost unlimited amount of garbage - thus its enormous price.

Dependencies:

Acura RSX Automata and Props

European Car Props and Automata

@Maestro: I deleted them, as I'm updating them. @mrbisonm: Exaggerated in terms of capability? Perhaps, but I needed a way to dump enough garbage to account for 12 million people and not take up much space.

@hiandby: There are a great many on this site - one moderator included - who disagree very strongly with you on that point, unfortunately. The reason I deleted all my others was due to extremely rude criticism on them.

Nice, however I could see this building being more of a water distribution station or even a futuristic water tower more than a garbage disposal unit. Perhaps you'll make an identical one and make it deal with water instead of garbage. 5/5

@chris0101: The fourth spatial dimension is curled up to the planck length (10^-22 mm), and is thus unusable for trash storage - or more more importantly, travel. @cityplanner: I am currently in the process of making a water system that can supply 7.5x as much as the "Large Water Pump". Come back soon.

Dammit, don't you people worry about decreasing the total mass of the physical universe? Matter doesn't grow on trees, you know!

Very nice, thanks. I finally have a replacement for the old OMD Garbage Disposal Unit that was 7x7.

"Don't you people worry about decreasing the total mass of the physical universe?" It does remain within the universe, just "out of phase" with it; its gravitational influences remain and therefore the cosmological expansion is unaffected. ;)

you know this is a bit ridiculously expensive ... even though it is based on space, it should at least cost less than the rocket launcher.

Do you know how much energy it takes to open a wormhole? About as much as the average star releases over its entire lifetime.

I use this in all my cities. I'd love to see it bigger, like 4x4, 6x6 or so in fact. Very impressive, and the nightlighting is spoton. Works great
