Got more criminals than your city likes? Ship 'em out to a rural jail compound where they can be productive helping out on the neighbouring farms.
The 'Rural Jail Compound' will fit well into your rural settings. It's more expensive to plop (higher capacity) but lower on monthly cost than the urban jail, since the inmates plant veggies for their own support.

Power, Water and Pollution are higher than standard.
