Very Very nice looking! I will download right when I can install simcity4 again. :) It would be really cool if you learned to make the light inside the building shine out the windows on the ground at night. But this is still awesome. 5/5

enickcnln: that isn't impossible, but one would have to model the side walk in fromt of the building because you can't really shine light from the model on other things in LE. If you do model it, the LOT can lose a lot of its character. Anyway, great job on this one! I usually see an undesirable amount of repetition in your textures/ modeling, but you are improving with each round of new BATS!

Too many dependencies. Screenshots look good but this just is not worth my time for one building.

yes wolf, there's a cheat which allows you to plop every building in the game ;)

to get the dependencies that are linked from sc4devotion, you have to register there. i dont think there are too many dependencies; if you have downloaded any amount of cool buildings you should have most of them anyways.
