No idea where this one in Hong Kong is, but this definitely lok very civic or hospital like! Wish the game could have more functional Government buildings, as this one doesn't look commercial! Still, no complaints! Great job as usual!

Very nice and it's made a nice addition to my cities ... although I thought the texture was a little bland and btw ... I changed the name to Department of Pubic Relations.
