This is an NDEX 'Take it or Leave it' upload, not modelled to my usual quality and released from my personal collection.

 

The Queens Hotel is a victorian Hotel located in Portsmouth England, right at the end of my new street. The hotel famously featured in Episode 8 of Mr Bean in 1993.

 

The lot sits on a 4x7 and is ploppable only. Includes 2500CS£££ Jobs.

 

Night Lighting has been created using my usual night map method.

Great building , I've been using it for years now with no problems . Just be sure you have demand for the building's type . 2500 CS$$$ jobs .
