original idea! You could add more parkland around the reservoir for aesthetics - and it becomes a reservoir park (there are some of those here in Singapore)

i think you should increase the cu/month.. for a reservoir this big... it should most certainly be alot higher, i mean the normal pumping station in the game has 25,000cu/month and thats only 1 pump, here you have 2 plus a tower..uummmm..
