oh....btw, for a first this is even excellent. Next time choose the BAT button instead of the LOT. This is your BAT , right?

Very realistic-looking and great for a first BAT, but the front looks like it could be the back, since there's no front entrance (though maybe you wanted that).

simcity4fan12- yeah it does but I didnt see any nite lights on it in my city, so I am not sure if it works but I think it will. so yes

Hmmm good shape, and the walls are great - I am not fond of the roof color/texture - it looks glaringly out of place in the pics. Perhaps if the color was muted a bit, it looks a bit green. But gotta hand it to you, this is a great first post to the STEX; just goes to show how opening a BAT thread and listening to others/trying different things helps...

night lighting?

I nightlighted them but I am not sure if it works, I have not seen any nightlights in my city :/

Very nice building as first upload. I think we'll see some great buildings from you in the future! You certainly have potential. Small suggestion about roof textures in general: make them about twice as dark as you want them to look ;) Second thing: the sims in simcity are about 3.5 meter high, so to get a realistic building hight you should you a floor hight of about 5 meter. I know, very annoying. I learned it the hard way too ;) Other that that, great building! 9/10
