About This File

The family owned Timber Lumber Co. has been in operation since the late 1880s. It's operations extend over vast areas of the mountains and they operate a very large fleet of "mobile assets" in the form of trucks, heavy equipment and, of course, railroad engines and rolling stock. It all has to be serviced and maintained somewhere... and this be the place.

The TLC Maintenance Yard is a ploppable IND-M lot that provides jobs and income from taxes. The lot is 4x5 tiles in size... and is transit enabled for a rail and street connection. (visual only)

The lot features nite-lighting, a custom query and custom query sound-effect. It is also loaded to the hilt with custom props, both static and timed.... as well as a myriad of custom textures.

* This is the first lot to use the new custom CC Car Cluster Mod... as well as a smaller variation of that mod that uses company vehicles only.

* The Logging Industry lots were designed for the MTP but have been engineered to have a minimal dependence on it. The goal is to allow players to use these lots in any non-urban setting/city without the need to move the required files in and out of the Plugins folder when switching between different city types or styles. These lotsand the MTP dependency files can remain in your Plugins folder without affecting non-MTP themed cities.

** This lot requires the following dependencies:
PEG MTP SUPER PACK
PEG MTP Logging RESOURCE
PEG Security Fencing Kit
PEG CC Car Cluster Mod

Nice one. I plan to change it to make it a landmark for my usage since I do not want industries to clog.

In this case i think the peg-cars brings it down abit, first of all not likely that that many people would be working at such a small yard, and second, their so colourful. :S If you don

simathome: Its a 32 Dodge, actually. The Ford "T"s were replaced by the "Model A"s by then. But I drove to work in my old classic/antique 1941 Ford... when I had it. What's the point of owning it if you can't enjoy driving it?
