This PEG-MTP version of the Large Plaza provides a more rustic & rural appearance to the traditional plaza that is more suitable for non-urban communities. A little more formal than the dirt version, it still offers a pond & fountain that serves as a focal point and attracts local Sims to relax and reflect.
This is a 3x3 lot... like the original... with the same costs and properties. It does not replace the original Large Plaza and appears next to it in your Parks menu.
** This file has no dependencies.
All Pegasus files are now legacy content and are no longer officially supported - however support from the wider community can be requested here.
