ferrariguy: Its a standard Maxis building. I see a few more dependencies just to tell you. The lot is nice.

Thanks for the comments, I tried checking dependencies using iLive Reader and it only said JB_SchoolProps_Vol04, so if you recognize what other dependencies it has please list them so I can add them to the Description, thanks. ^_^

Sorry for any inconveniences, I have had to update the LOT multiple times since I made a few mistakes, but now it's perfect (I hope). Thanks for your patience, and this is my 1st submission. ^_^ Enjoy!

This is a nice lot indeed. I like how you made the entrance passage lead from the streetside through the lawn right to the fronmt entrance. It lines up perfectly. You could have chosen a different texture at the right side, though, where the corner of the building protrudes into the grass area. Speaking of that spot: Isn't that diagonal texture part of the SFBT Essentials?

Hi, correct me if I am wrong but isn't this a maxis building just plopped on a custom lot using lot editor?? Looks like it. If I am wrong I apologize, but if I am right....shame on you. hahah

Well this is just a maxis lot plopped on a lot with the lot editor. The lot is well done, but the point of this exchange is to show your creations and this is not a creation, It is simply a maxis building on a custom lot. And no offence, but this is the reason why the stex is so slow. There are to many pointless uploads like this one scattered all over it and no one really wants it. Sorry if the truth hurts

Thank you for your comments. ^_^ I plan(ned) on making a custom building but until I figure how exactly to do that this building had to suffice. Besides, this was designed for my requirements but I figured STEX needed a high density Elementry. ;)

well... He said it is LOT. So no point going about it being Maxis Building. But as Lot's go there is nothing either spectacular, fitting or even any good about it (speaking about design). It is rather absurd, unfitting and mismatched... Elements accidentally picked "out of hat". Description, actually, betrays it with all the six floors and specially rooftop PE

I'm glad some of the later comments echo what I felt when I first saw this lot, which was a big "ho hum." Nothing noteworthy about relotting with an old Maxis building. I don't know if the STEX "needed" a high density elementary school, but if it did, it would probably be better off with a custom BAT for it...

Network Addon Mod Props are props that come with the Network Addon Mod (NAM for short) Located here: https://www.simtropolis.com/modding/index.cfm?p=details&id=380

I did something similar with the Lot Editor, but the elementary school remained the same. It should be noted that "my" elementary schools building was edited with the SC4 Tool: its capacity is 10,000+ . What can I say, I'm cheater XD (but I play mostly without cheats, that was just for fun).

Links good as of Jan 26th, 2021. Hope this helps, if anyone else is interested in this school lot. (despite the detractors, I think it's quite a clever usage of available material)
