The base and the tower look like they dont match... Perhaps using some similar colors on both might help. 8/10

Still not liking your texturing. Interesting model, but the textures make me scroll past it on the STEX...

Is this a Lot or a BAT, since it is marked as a lot? Textures are too pale, almost *aquarelle*, and also the clouds reflecting in the windows is not logical seen from this angle, but the model looks fair enough. Avec un peu d'exp

Modelling skills are there, texturing still need improvement, but I think this look decent. Does this one has jobs or just a landmark?

Why make it a prop and not a proper building? As it is now, the hover query doesn't work and the building doesn't cast any shadows. Besides, it's yet another landmark growing on empty lots (I gave you a link to that thread earlier)... You should read SimGoober's tutorial "Making a Functional Landmark Lot", available in the Omnibus. And which are the dependencies?

yoshiisland: All i'm saying is that when compared to some other buildings, this really dosn't look like a 10/10. And i have BATed many many times, with very little success.

Understood. However I've gotten 10 out of 10s on my BATs despite them being nowhere near SimFoxe's level...thing is you rate the BAT based on the quality itself, not it's quality compared to other BATs.

I'll take that into consideration next time i rate. ;)

You have to give it to darknono35 for the continued effort. I'm a team sports guy and I would want someone driven as such to be on my team. I'm also seeing the improvement. I'm casting the early vote for the 2009 Most-Improved-Player of the Year. Also like to dialouge between Yoshiisland and I9113N. I'll give an extra point for that. 8/10

Yoshiisland, I9113N, sorry but I havn't understood your problems, please can you explain to me? It's an quality problem, and what is SimFox's level problem?

I have rated this one 8/10. It's more an encouragement for a newbie as we watches him/her improve by the minute. And you got to give him credit for choosing the buildings of Louisville. His bat certainly has a lot of flaws, and I know Simfox did point out his problems before and I did echo him once. Hopefully darknono35 will continue to improve and fix the problems along the way. As for Simfox, he is a God-like figure on the STEX already.
