About This File

This PEG Utopia Series version of the Small Plaza provides a newer, more modern look to the traditional plaza. A central seating planter provides an ideal respite for weary pedestrians.

This is a 1x1 lot... like the original... with the same costs and properties. It does not replace the original Small Plaza and appears next to it in your Parks menu.
