You asked for brutality, so here goes. What's up with that little disclaimer thing in the description... "In compliance with EA EULA" ... "This piece of work may NOT be redistributed, commercially or otherwise." IMO that just makes you sound really lame. One- it's un-needed, how many other uploads have you seen that sort of thing posted on and two- who on earth is going to try and commercially re-distribute this, as in making money off it!?... lol.

Other than the fact that there's no re-modeling what so ever going on here, it looks like a fantastically useful lot, this should be very handy for anyone that uses it. 8/10.

Far from good. A transportation hub should be a bit more impressive than a measley parking lot. This doesn't add a whole lot to the SC4 experience... 3/10: more effort needed...

Hmmm. Considering this as it is just a lot, perhaps if there were more decorations in the lot itself say trees, plants so on and so forth as it looks a little dull to me. Functionality wise its pretty usefull so i give it a 6/10 for its multiple uses.

Why include bldgprop_1 and bldgprop_2 in your upload? Most people should have these and they are available not only at the official site but also from zelgadis' site and SC4Devotion. It is not good policy to include official files without EXPRESS permission from EA and they should be referenced as a dependency.

lot is really bland and basic. try adding some more stuff than a beige concrete parking lot. 4/10

Interesting, I hope the transit/network enabling for the lot was done correctly. Further on, I think that it would be better if you linked to the Buildings as Props packs as dependencies, instead of including them. More effort needed.

Ill go for positives: -this is good for beginners -good capacity NEGATIVE! :p : -Too maxis -there is the ninja boulevarad which looks better and more capicity 7/10 for making a lot for new comers :)

File locked. Although Maxis may have technically given permission to redistribute the buildings as props files, we at ST do not want them included in uploads here. If everyone did this (or even a few people) it would be an unnecessary burden on the server and downloaders, most of whom already have the files or are quite capable of finding them from the many places they are already posted. Please remove them from your file. Once you have done so you may unlock the file again.

Okay. Just wondering, why do you have a generic username 'SCRT'?

It's the team name. SCRT- SimCity Remodeling Team

This sounds good on paper, but does not add realism to the game. There are reasons why many batters give a lot of effort in making real-life and original and creative railway/monorail/subway/bus stations. Maybe somebody can think of it as sort of cheating and find it useful.
