I haven't uploaded something on the STEX in quite a while... Well, here it is, a lot with 6 dependencies. The lot itself is a flower garden I made a while ago. It has quite abit of props on it. There really isn't much else to say, look below for more information. The lot is Plopable. Lot Size: 2x2 Tiles Menu Position: Building: Civic, Building: Park Jobs: None. Plop cost: § 100 Buldoze cost: § 100 Monthly cost: § 15 Park effect: 30 over 50 tiles Landmark effect: N/A Max. Fire Stage: 10 Power consumption: 0 MWh/month Water consumption: 0 Gallons/month Air pollution: 0 over 0 tiles Water pollution: 0 over 0 tiles Garbage pollution: 0 over 0 tiles *NOTE: The park decreses the amount of pollution just the amount is uknown* This download is only compatible with SimCity 4 "Rush Hour" or SimCity 4 Deluxe. Auto Installation: Double-click the installer file to start the installation. The program will guide you through the process. You can change the default installation path, but we strongly suggest to keep the standard folder in order to make future updates and additions easier. MAC Users: File Juicer should enable you to use this installer package. Un-Installing: To un-install the files, simply bulldoze every lot from this download in your cities and delete the files from the plugins folder afterwards. A slope mod is a mod that edits the slop, do indtead of having a 6% grade you get a 2% grade. This mod has 7 different levels of grade. The levels are, Average, Smooth, Very Smooth, Extremely Smooth, Mounted, Very Mounted, Extremely Mounted. Here are the grades, Level Grades Average 5% Smooth 3% Very Smooth 2% Extremely Smooth 1.5% Mounted 6% Very Mounted 8% Extremely Mounted 10% Installation: Take out only one of the .dats and put it in your my documents Plugins folder. (My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins)(Documents on Vista) Remember: Only one of the .dats! Un-Installing: Delete the .dat you place in your Plugins folder.
