[/quote] I felt like I needed to address this comment as I appreciate constructive criticism. Since I started this CJ years ago, I decided with a name and stuck with it and didnt feel like it needed to be changed. Shinijuku is designed to be a modern city east of downtown that is supposed to be Dubai and Asian styled, so that is why you see some Middle eastern BATS and more of that will be shown. I though the Dubai Hotel was an amazing BAT that fit with the theme of the city, and lastly some of the buildings are poor, it is just that all the buildings look modern.

Shinijuku Island encompasses Olympic Island which was showcased in my previous CJ. As you can see, there has been steady development in both islands that has led to many infrastructure changes.

As you can see, quite a bit has been developed as I started working on the airport,Shinijuku and the suburbs. More pics of the updated development will be posted soon. If you want to revisit my previous thread, you can do so here.

Decided to revisit Simcity 4 and play around with new mods, this is redeveloping my first region. As I wrote in my my first CJ about developing my suburbs, here are some images from my development!

Remember guys, that it is not just a garbage strike, over 18 000 city workers are on strike, from the ferry boat services, to summer camps, to swimming pools, and of course the garbage disposal!

search BSC trails, or BSC parks

daderic21!: Thanks for visiting my cj. Tha is one big piece from the BSC parks found on sc4devotion. The fountains are all on one lot, but I connected it with the pieces of the BSC trails.
