Perhaps you could upload a version of this tower with the dependency files included? It would make it a lot more convenient for those who want this tower (I don't know what kind of Simcity player wouldn't want it) but don't want to become a member of SC4 Devotion just for those files. It seems like a better deal if this was done. Otherwise, I would download it, without a doubt.
