About This File

This is the 4th upload since I started my UK Housing Project.This time a semi detatched house Based upon the house shown in the picture included. I forgot to take a note of the address of the property when I copied the picture so I will call it "Riverside Close".

RS$$2 2x2 - 20 Residents.

Special thanks go to Jayo for his work in making this lot.

To install place the files in the usual pluginds folder.

Wow, I don't know why I forgot to comment! The building is great! The lot is OK, but then I just fill them with trees anyway.

This is another excellent addition to the game's British housing stock. Nice that the garden is, realistically, not much more than a lawn. Too many residential lots look like an explosion in a prop factory.
