About This File

This is another one of my low wealth W2W lots designed really for the high drug/crime area. The building is vacant and has a for sale banner on the front. It has broken and boarded up windows with ground floor having bars to try and keep out intruders. The file contains a plop landmark version and a grow residential version housing 11 sims. This is to represent the homeless that has managed to get inside and call it home.

The little extra details continue to save the day (this time the For Sale sign) adding a nice touch to what is becoming overly familiar, but then again, you are meant to continue filling a void on STEX, so no complaints here. You got the job done again!

I like it. I think the sole light at the front door is a very nice touch although it would probably be broken as well in this neighborhood. Good job!
