Just an opinion... If you are adding parking lots to it why not making it transit-enabled to be more realistic? Otherwise we can plop the parking lots on my own as well

Since when does adding a 1x3 parking lot to a maxis building constitute as somthing people need? My advice: If you add a parking lot, add more than 2 tiles and an awkward roundabout. add some buildings to the sides, and maybe a gate entrance. Trees, planters, etc. This right now is just not enough effort 3/10

FAIL! Stop trying to upload lots with small changes. To get a high rating, make MAJOR changes and design it so it won't replace any buildings. 2/10 for now....

What's irritating on all your reward lots is the fact your description did not specify this one replaces the original 3x3 Maxis lot, which will be replaced by your 3x4. Seriously, the changes is far too minimal and effortless and painstakingly useless. I know you will continue upload these things, so it is up to you. Maybe it is useless to comment.

Low effort indeed. You could have created a lovely lot but did not. As people have mentioned we can already just place a parking lot beside the building or use an underground parking lot.

Now that I know it replaces the maxis one, I won't download. 3/10

Stop being so critical. This is a fine idea and a fine lot. Just because you don't like something doesn't mean that you have to make the creator feel bad. 6/10 for "good work," and though I probably won't use it, I like the idea.

Well really, i think you should keep such minimal changes to yourself. Lookss nice with the parking lot, however i think to most people such lots aren't interesting enough. Anyone with a basic knowledge with the LE can do this in 10 minutes. So sorry i don't need it and i won't download it either, though nice job with the parking lot.
