The overall modeling is decent, but the interior needs more details if you're going to do omnis. Also, the textures are way too clean, try to dirty them up a bit. :) 7/10

Nice design and I like the international variety but I don't undertand why garbage pollution is set at 168 when all other buildings of this size are around 4 to6. I will keep it and put it in my Needs fixing file. Thanks for sharing I plopped 5 of the growables in a city and whatched the garbage volume skyrocket over a 5 year period. Need more garbage trucks!

I agree with Mr.b. the textures do look a little brite, but I cannot resist anything asian. I enjoy the different style asian influenced buildings and props on the STEX as of lately. 10/10

textures are very bright. You want to tint your whites with blue or pink, to tone them done. the building is a bit simple imo, aside from the roof junk, its mostly a collection of cylinders, planes, and boxes. I'd like to start seeing a bit more complexity from your models. 6/10

Well, you seem to have got the hang of night-lighting quite nicely. Do you still need my help- I was getting ready to send you another little tutorial but you seem to already have the results. Yeah anytime you do these Asian-style billboard buildings you cannot go too wrong due to the immense variety of commercial logos =P However, we hope you can solve the texture issues to make it a 10/10 bat =P

It works really well and grows fine in my cities. However it grows too much! or maybe if you toned down the white a bit and made it more beige or natural white. This thing grows non-stop and they really stick out in region view (not always a good thing). Keep up the good work though.
