About This File

This is the first ploppable water BAT of a Set called *Nexis Sea Junk". There will be at least 12 different BATs, so I thought it would be wise and logic to upload each separately since some of you might not like nor can use all 12 of them.
They are small 1x1 and up to 2x2 transparent lots (except for one 1x6 lot) that can be plopped into any depth of water.(also one landlot for beaches) Some of them will need semi-transparent watermods, that you can see at least a few meters down. There will be different kinds of buoys (bouées), sunken boats, posts, walls, Welcome statue and some surpizes etc.

To see more of those which are coming soon or to make comments and/or give ideas, please visit the Nexis BATthread..

This lot is the first, a floating buoy that can be found anywhere, where ships need to have them, like near rocks or to guide them through shipways on a river etc. It Does NOT have nitelites, because I still don't know how to make them, besides it didn't need any in my opinion. It is a 1x1 lot with transparent textures without the "missing texture glitch", which has been tested in several of my regions in all views for several years and under all conditions.
It will be found in the Parkmenu near the Maxis 1x1 grasspark. It has no maintenance cost, nor bulldozing expenses, but will cost $25 to plop. This one doesn't need a semi-transparent watermod, but it has some underwater parts though.

As always no dependencies to go running after and collecting headaches. Also Nexis will bring you only original ideas most of the time. I hope you will like this one and theseries..........

Have Fun with Nexis ;)

Kind of nice. Definitely creative and original. Good work. It's a shame they do not light up, could make for a pretty water scene. 9/10

I really hope someone will help you with the night lights, though - the thought of a ship heading down a river lined with red and green buoys at night, with some illuminated streets and buildings on the shore, is just too tempting... ;) Great job, anyway, and a welcome addition to odd from sweden's buoys!

Thanks for the comeback.....hey does anyone know of a good and simple nightlight tutorial? I'm willing to learn and update this buoy with nightlight.

I agree with T Wrecks on that thought...there's a particular spot in my region I can already see these being used for with the night light touch! Will download and use these for now though!

Interesting concept and well created. To bad they aren't nightlighted, but they certainly look darn great during the day. A solid 9

Beautiful! I need this as a water-based marker for aircraft. Great creation, everyone always makes things for land. But the water also needs development. :D
